I started my career in L.A. TV animation doing character layout for $600 per week at Warner Bros. on Tazmania. My job was to flesh out the storyboard and add all the necessary acting poses required to pull the gag off. this included adding personality and putting the characters on model. All these scenes were done as key animation by me and were then added to the exposure sheets to incorporate good timing. The studio overseas would then in-between my drawings and fill in the gaps I left. It was an incredible opportunity for me and layed a foundation I still rely on today.  You can read more about Character Layout here.
